Welcome to Māori Geek TCG & Collectables. This website (www.geekmaoritcg.co.nz) is owned and operated by Māori Geek TCG & Collectables. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Māori Geek TCG & Collectables.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies stated herein.

1. Governing Law
These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts and the Disputes Tribunal.

2. Consumer Guarantees & Fair Trading
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).
  • If you are purchasing products for personal, domestic, or household use, you are fully protected by the statutory guarantees regarding product quality, fitness for purpose, and accurate product descriptions.

3. Trading Card Game (TCG) Specific Disclaimers
Due to the unique nature of collectible products, trading card games, and sealed merchandise, the following conditions apply:
  • Manufacturer Variations: We do not guarantee specific card pull rates, distribution ratios, or contents inside factory-sealed items (such as Booster Boxes or Booster Packs). Pull rates are entirely determined by the manufacturer (e.g., Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Bandai).
  • Secondary Market Price Fluctuations: Market prices for collectible card games are volatile and shift rapidly. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time without notice. We do not offer price protection, partial refunds, or price matching if a product's market value drops after you complete your purchase.

4. Order Cancellations & Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made. If we cancel an order, a full refund will be processed immediately.

5. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Māori Geek TCG & Collectables or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. Brand names and product trademarks (such as Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering) belong exclusively to their respective corporate trademark holders.
