Shipping Policy
Welcome to Māori Geek TCG & Collectables! We take pride in packing your collectables with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Processing Times
  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partners.

New Zealand Shipping Rates & Delivery
We use fully tracked courier services (such as NZ Post) to ensure your items are safe.
  • Orders Over $150 NZD: FREE Tracked Nationwide Shipping.
  • Standard Urban Delivery (Orders under $150): Flat rate of $7.00 NZD (Target delivery: 1–3 business days).
  • Rural Delivery (RD): Flat rate of $11.00 NZD (Target delivery: 3–5 business days). Please ensure you select the Rural option at checkout if you live at an RD address to prevent processing delays.

Australia Shipping Rates
We happily ship across the ditch to our Australian community! Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package.
  • Target Delivery: 5–10 business days via tracked international services.
  • Note: Any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon arrival in Australia are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our Packing Guarantee
As fellow collectors, we know how important box and card condition is. We do not ship booster boxes or premium items in flimsy bubble mailers. All sealed products are bubble-wrapped and securely packed into sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent crushing or corner damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at our Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the packaging so we can lodge a claim with the courier and get it sorted for you.
